We always welcome new clients and patients at our full service veterinary clinic. Our team will work extremely hard for you to trust us to care for your animals.

What to Expect
Being compassionate stewards of animal health are not just words at Creekside, We live it!
We not only want you to have the best veterinary experience, but the care for your companions and livestock is of up most importance.
When you arrive at Creekside you will be greeted warmly and will be ushered into an exam room as quickly as possible. We encourage you to enjoy some refreshments and browse our retail areas anytime during your stay. Sometime there may be delays with your appointment time, due to unforeseen emergencies. If something like this occurs we ask for your patience. With respect to your time, you also have the option to drop-off your four-legged friend to our care and we can call or text you when we are done.
Typically, you and your pet will be escorted into an exam room by an Assistant or Technician. Here we will be confirming your contact and pet information in the computer. When all of the information has been complete, a Certified Technician will perform an exam and obtain a brief history for the doctor. Any lab work will also be done at this time.
Next, you will see one of our Veterinarians. (If you prefer a doctor, please let us know and we will certainly try to accommodate). Finally, an Assistant or Technician will finish the appointment with some educational materials, answer any other questions and set up further appointments.

Large animal clients will have the opportunity to use our haul-in facility or have us come to your farm to treat your livestock. When you have an appointment at the clinic, you will be able to pull through the west side of the facility. This assures that there is no backing up. Your livestock will be cared for in a timely and efficient manner and never have to step foot outside. The livestock will be handled gently and we will all feel safe in our facility.
